Equal access to information
Accessibility statement
We aim to provide a usable experience for people with different abilities, devices and ways of accessing information.
Conformance status
This website is designed and improved toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Because of limitations in some archival documents, we currently describe the site as partially conformant and do not claim complete conformance.
Measures implemented
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indication
- Semantic landmarks and heading structure
- Responsive layouts, scalable text and usable touch targets
- Independent right-to-left Persian and left-to-right English layouts
- Alternative text for meaningful images and improved colour contrast
- Labelled interactive controls and form feedback
Known limitations
Some older PDFs may not have complete tags, reading order or text alternatives. Certain archival or third-party videos and media may not yet include full captions, transcripts or audio descriptions. These items are reviewed progressively and improved where feasible.
Report a barrier or request an accessible format
Email the page title, URL, barrier and any assistive technology used to [email protected]. You may request an accessible alternative for an archival document. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.
